How to Add Users in Podio Workflow Automation (Progress Podio Guide)

👤 How to Add a User in Podio Workflow Automation

This guide explains how to add an additional user to your Podio Workflow Automation (Progress Podio) account so they can access, manage, and build workflow automations.

🔗 Step 1: Open Podio Workflow Automation


🔐 Step 2: Login to Your Account

  • Login using your Podio credentials
  • If multiple accounts are linked, select the account where you want to add the user

đŸĸ Step 3: Select the Account

  • You will see a list of accounts associated with your login
  • Click the account where you want to manage users

⚙ī¸ Step 4: Open Account Details

  1. Look at the top-right corner of the screen
  2. Click on Account
  3. From the dropdown, click Account Details
 


➕ Step 5: Add Additional User

  1. Scroll down to the Additional Users section
  2. Enter the Podio user email you want to add
  3. Example: podio@orionsoftsol.com
  4. Click Save

ℹī¸ Note: The email must already be a valid Podio user. Once added, the user will immediately gain access to this Workflow Automation account.

đŸ‘Ĩ Access & Permissions Notes

  • This access is separate from Podio workspace permissions
  • User must still be added to relevant Podio workspaces and apps
  • You can remove access anytime from the same section

✅ Summary

  • Login to Podio Workflow Automation
  • Select the correct account
  • Go to Account → Account Details
  • Add user email under Additional Users
  • Click Save
