Use the External Leads module when:

  • ๐Ÿ“ž A VA submits a motivated lead from cold calling
  • ๐Ÿ’ฌ A seller responds positively to a text/SMS campaign

  • ๐Ÿ“ A lead is collected manually by the outreach team
